What You Will Do

As a sales engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, aligning our AI-powered solutions to address business challenges.
  • Deliver product demos and technical presentations to showcase the value of

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
  • Provide

    pre-sales support

    by answering technical inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to address any technical requirements during the sales process.

    training materials

  • Offer

    post-sales support

    , including troubleshooting and customer training to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 2 - 7 years of experience in a sales engineer or technical sales role.
  • This role also involves prompt engineering, requiring you to be well-versed in optimizing AI solutions to deliver precise, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in AI and automation to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in presenting technical solutions and providing customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to craft innovative solutions.
  • A target-driven approach with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships across teams and customers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and events.
