Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Chennai team. This role involves field work, including client visits, technical presentations, and site evaluations. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships. Along with a competitive salary, performance-based incentives will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client sites to understand requirements and propose pump solutionsProvide technical presentations, product demos, and supportPrepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, and documentationMaintain ongoing relationships with clients and resolve technical queriesIdentify sales opportunities and convert leads into ordersCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and supportAttend site visits for installation, commissioning, or issue resolution if required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline1–3 years of experience in industrial pump sales or technical supportMust be willing to travel for field visits across the regionStrong technical knowledge of pumps and power transmission systemsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skillsAbility to understand and explain complex engineering solutions

Preferred Experience
