About the Role

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers by visiting end users and EPC clients in the assigned territory.
  • Follow up on all proposals and maintain consistent customer communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, with strong understanding of

    Incoterms

    and business protocols.
  • Provide regular market feedback to National Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Process orders with complete documentation and ensure execution transparency.
  • Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Actively promote the full range of company products.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or E&TC.

  • Experience:

    3 - 4 years in sales within

    Instrumentation & Control Technology

    , preferably handling Level and Temperature products.
  • Proficient in

    MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP

    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of instrumentation and control technologies.

Job Type & Career Path

  • Initially a

    Resident Engineer

    position (Gujarat / MP / Delhi).
  • Transition to branch office-based role once the office is established.
