Position: Sales Engineer No. of Vacancies: 4 Location: Gujarat (Vadodara / Ahmedabad), Madhya Pradesh, Delhi Industry: Instrumentation and Control Technology Functional Area: Sales About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote our complete product line across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in OEM and EPC markets , strong channel partner management skills, and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships while driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop new customers by visiting end users and EPC clients in the assigned territory. Follow up on all proposals and maintain consistent customer communication. Ensure adherence to company policies, with strong understanding of Incoterms and business protocols. Provide regular market feedback to National Account Managers. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer concerns. Process orders with complete documentation and ensure execution transparency. Manage and follow up on outstanding receivables. Actively promote the full range of company products. Skills & Qualifications Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation Engineering, or E&TC. Experience: 3 - 4 years in sales within Instrumentation & Control Technology , preferably handling Level and Temperature products. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Up-to-date knowledge of instrumentation and control technologies. Job Type & Career Path Initially a Resident Engineer position (Gujarat / MP / Delhi).
