Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for an experienced and result driven Executive for driving sales growth. He should manage our key customer accounts, and expand our market presence within the assigned region.
  • The role combines strong technical expertise with strategic sales skills to promote our complete range of Level Gauges/Switches/Transmitters & Automation Systems. He will provide technical support, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & attributes

  1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts in industries such as oil & gas, power, chemical, water, pharma, steel, and OEMs
  • Prepare and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Develop new customers by visiting all end users & EPC clients
  • Follow up the proposals submitted by the Company in this region
  • Provide timely feedback about the status of proposals through regular follow ups
  • He will report directly to head office
  1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with end-users, EPCs, contractors, OEMs, and consultants
  • Undertake regular customer visits, for technical discussions, presentations & providing solution
  • Address customer needs by offering technically suitable and commercially viable solutions
  1. Technical Support & Application Engineering

  • Provide application-based guidance for selecting and recommending appropriate products and solutions based on process requirements
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams for clarifications & customized solutions
  1. Proposal, Quotation & Tender Handling

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals & quotations
  • Review & submit compliant offers promptly
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with customers
  1. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, order booking reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer visit reports.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements.

  1. Regional Market Expansion

  • Plan and execute strategies to grow market share in the region.
  • Identify channel partners, dealers, or distributors and support their development.

Other key Skill:

  • Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation product level, temperature, control systems, automation protocols and industrial applications.
  • Ability to understand process diagrams, engineering documents, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and account management ability.
  • Self-driven with strong planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Basic / UG Qualification:

  • Good experience in handling EPCs, OEMs, and large industrial clients.
  • Good communication and presentation skill.
  • Should know Microsoft xl, word
  • Must be aware about latest trends in Instrumentation and control technology
