Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer to promote our complete product line across Mumbai, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, South India, East India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling the OEM and EPC markets and will actively support our channel partners to achieve business growth. This role demands a strong focus on maintaining high standards of customer relationships throughout the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop new customers directly managed by the company by regularly visiting end users and EPC clients. Follow up on all proposals and maintain consistent communication with customers. Adhere to company policies and business rules; possess strong knowledge of Incoterms and business acumen. Provide timely feedback on field developments and share insights with National Account Managers. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer concerns effectively. Process orders promptly upon receipt, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and maintaining transparency throughout execution. Manage and follow up on all outstanding receivables in the assigned region. Actively promote and push the full range of products available in the companys portfolio. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in handling customer accounts and sales in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, specifically within OEM and EPC sectors. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP. Solid understanding of business practices, sales processes, and Incoterms. Pleasant personality with empathy and excellent customer engagement skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory. Up-to-date knowledge of instrumentation and control technologies; experience with Level and Temperature products is preferred.
