We’re hiring Sales Engineers / Product Specialists to work hands-on with our smart respiratory devices. In this role, you’ll learn and contribute across sales, service, and clinical application —from product demos and basic servicing to supporting healthcare teams in hospitals. Perfect for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who enjoy fieldwork and are eager to grow in the healthcare technology space. At VENSI, “ We exist to Save Lives. ” Job Locations: Nagpur Key Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Account Management Manage sales activities within a defined region or territory, ensuring achievement of sales volume. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICU clinicians, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, distributors, and dealers. Drive growth through market development, KOL engagement, and distributor support. Gather and analyze competitive and market intelligence to refine sales strategies and product positioning. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Training & Documentation Prepare and maintain documentation related to demos, trials, training, and customer feedback. Key Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially with clinical stakeholders (intensivists, ICU nurses, biomedical engineers). Ability to perform competitive analysis and conduct compelling product comparisons during customer meetings. Proficient in maintaining documentation and generating reports. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B.Tech Experience: 1–2 years of experience in medical device sales, product support, or clinical application is preferred.
