About the Role:

Himalayan Adhesives is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to drive sales growth and provide technical support for our range of tile adhesives, epoxy grouts, waterproofing, and other construction chemical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction application methodologies and proven experience working with architects, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Promote and sell tile adhesives, epoxy products and related construction materials.
• Conduct site visits to demonstrate product applications and provide on-site technical support.
• Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and product performance.
• Prepare technical presentations, reports, and proposals to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or technical marketing of construction chemicals, tile adhesives, epoxy, polymer based grout or similar products.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and usage methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in tile adhesive, epoxy, polymer based grout or similar product lines.
• Established client network in the construction materials industry.
