Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying sales growth potential. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, overseeing client negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery. The Sales Executive will also focus on market research and maintaining sales records.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation abilities
  • Contractor Meet and relations building
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis, Research, and Sales Strategy implementation
  • Ability to use CRM software and other related sales tools
  • Prior experience in B2B or industrial sales is an advantage
  • Problem-solving and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements
