Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sales leads, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, configuring rental solutions, collaborating with the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and support.

• Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers based on their power requirements.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.
