They provide comprehensive power solutions, including trolley and truck-mounted gensets, and have a service center in Manchar. As an authorized dealer for Ashok Leyland Gensets in Pune, Gawade Green Power Solutions serves various industries across Maharashtra, with a commitment to 24x7 service.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Regular tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires frequent travel within the Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, Mumbai, and Nashik areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and visit potential customers in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

· Promote and sell diesel generators (DG sets), AMCs, and related services.

· Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, references, and online platforms.

· Prepare and present quotations to customers based on their power requirements.

· Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

· Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for repeat business and AMC renewals.

· Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth order fulfilment.

· Maintain sales reports and provide feedback to management.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales reporting
  • Knowledge of the generator rental industry and technical aspects of gensets
  • Ability to travel frequently within the specified regions
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
