We have an urgent opening for a leading INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT brand.

Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Gujarat / Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales & Marketing functional activities within the assigned territory.
  • Plan, forecast, and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Travel extensively (20 days per month) to visit potential clients and offer on-site solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Provide deep technical insights on vacuum cleaning, dust collection, wet scrubbers, fume extractors, and similar products to meet customer requirements.
  • Persuade clients that products will best fulfill their operational needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate and close sales by aligning on terms and conditions.
  • Generate new business inquiries and convert them into purchase orders.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Degree, preferably mechanical engineering
  • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, preferably in industrial sectors such as vacuum systems, dust collection, or air quality solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of vacuum cleaning systems, dust collection units, wet scrubbers, fume extractors, and similar industrial solutions.
  • Proven experience in direct customer interactions, including client acquisition and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (20 days per month).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently handle customer inquiries and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Notes:

1. The candidate will be taking care of the respective state or zone. Clients will provide TA and other allowances according to their company policy.

2. It's 6 days working.

3. Candidates will have incentives which are not included in the CTC. Incentives depend on the achieved targets and their  respective company policy.

4. 3 rounds interview, all rounds virtual unless the interviewer is available at the candidate's location and wants to meet him in person. 1st round either HR or Zonal Head, 2nd round MD, 3rd round salary discussion.
