Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities for

    EOT Cranes, Hoists, Gantry/Goliath Cranes, JIB Cranes, and Material Handling Equipment

    .
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    including lead generation, client visits, technical discussions, solution presentation, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend

    appropriate crane and lifting solutions

    .
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate closely with

    Design, Production, and Service teams

    to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    as defined by the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client updates, competitor analysis, and market insights for management review.
  • Participate in

    trade shows, exhibitions, marketing events

    , and other promotional activities to enhance market presence.
  • Identify new market segments, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to expand business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Technical knowledge of

    EOT Cranes, Hoists, Gantry/Goliath Cranes, JIB Cranes, and Industrial Lifting Solutions

    .
  • Must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience

  • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites for meetings, inspections, and project discussions.
  • Educational Qualification:

    Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proven track record in

    industrial equipment sales

    and managing technical selling cycles.
