1. Promote and sell hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare providers.
2. Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, etc
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and key decision-makers.
4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
5. Organize and participate in health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital services, medical specialties, and new offerings.
7. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and administration) to ensure smooth service delivery.
8. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
9. Handle client queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Department specific promotion plans to achieve the budgeted footfalls and conversions.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2. 0-1 year of marketing experience
3. Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
