Role & responsibilities Generate new business opportunities for EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment . Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation, and order finalization . Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable crane solutions. Build and maintain strong relations with existing and new clients. Coordinate with the design, production, and service team for smooth order execution. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market feedback for management. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities. Identify new market segments and develop strategic plans to increase sales. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of EOT Cranes, Hoists, Gantry/ Goliath Cranes, JIB Cranes , and industrial lifting solutions. Must have experience in EOT Crane industry (Minimum 35 years). Willing to travel to client sites for meetings and project discussion. Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
