Job Description

1. Technical Sales and Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their HVAC requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and provide technical presentations and product demonstrations. 2. Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and field visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base. 3. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and quotations in line with customer specifications and company pricing policies. 4. Project Coordination and Execution Support: Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers and address client requirements during project execution. 5. After-Sales Support and Relationship Management: Provide post-sale technical support, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business. 6. Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather market data on competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences; prepare regular reports for sales performance and forecasting. 7. Target Achievement and Documentation: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and update CRM systems with customer interactions and deal progress.
