As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets for our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and related products. Your responsibilities will include managing and expanding our customer base, fostering strong relationships with key clients, and leading a team of sales professionals. Accurate India, with 60 years of expertise in precision measurement, specializes in Precision 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), Portable CMMs, 3D Scanners, Digitization, Inventory Measurement, Industry 4.0 Solutions, Measuring Training Programs, and Third-Party Inspection Services with our Smart Digital Paperless Solution. To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with experience in the Machine Tool, Metrology, or Coordinate Measuring Machine industry, coupled with a deep technical understanding and proven sales management experience in these sectors. An educational background in Engineering is required, and an MBA will be considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company targets and overall business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets. - Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, utilizing insights to shape sales strategies. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market reach. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CMM products and services, including technical specifications, applications, and benefits. - Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, offering insights into performance and future trends. - Collaborate closely with departments like Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction. - Conduct thorough market analysis to recognize trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats, adapting the sales approach accordingly to keep the company ahead in the industry.
