The Sales Manager role at Accurate India involves spearheading the sales strategy to meet revenue targets for the company's Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and associated products. Your responsibilities will include expanding the customer base, nurturing relationships with key clients, and supervising a team of sales professionals. Accurate India boasts a legacy of 60 years in precision measurement, specializing in Precision 3D CMMs, Portable CMMs, 3D Scanners, Digitization, Inventory Measurement, Industry 4.0 Solutions, Measuring Training Programs, and Third-Party Inspection Services with Smart Digital Paperless Solution. To excel in this role, you should have a background in the Machine Tool, Metrology, or Coordinate Measuring Machine industry and possess substantial technical knowledge, coupled with a track record in sales management within these sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with an Engineering background and an MBA as an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company targets and overall business goals. - Lead, guide, and oversee a sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective objectives. - Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key customers, catering to their requirements with personalized solutions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and challenges, utilizing these insights to shape sales strategies. - Identify and pursue new business prospects to broaden the customer base and market presence. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CMM products and services, encompassing technical specifications, applications, and advantages. - Supervise the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and effective process. - Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, offering valuable insights into performance and future projections. - Collaborate closely with departments like Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure a unified customer-centric approach. - Perform detailed market analysis to detect trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive risks, leveraging this information to refine and enhance the sales approach, positioning the company as an industry leader.
