Purpose of the Role
- Execute the sales and marketing strategy within a designated area or customer segment, with a strong focus on specification and technical requirements.
- Drive the development and growth of sales for a portfolio of both existing and newly introduced technical building products, particularly for concrete structures, ensuring these products meet specification standards and project requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market.
- Develop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analysing sales options.
- Sell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organization.
- Provide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional events.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectives.

Key functional competencies and relevant experience
- Possess Degree in Civil/Structural engineering or Mechanical engineering.
- Relevant working experience in related fields sales, construction, and building materials including hands-on and report/document writing would be an advantage.
- Technical product knowledge in building materials / construction accessories.
- Exposure to Multinational Culture | Work Environment.
