Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: IT Park, BHOPAL
Duration: 6 months internship

What You'll Do:

• Identify and research potential leads and decision-makers in target industries.
• Initiate outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in WE360.ai’s solutions.
• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to maintain and update records of all lead interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year students pursuing a degree in engineering.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for technology and a keen interest in sales and business development.
• Self-starters with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
