Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team targeting the USA market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospects in the USA region.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service offerings.
Schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings for senior sales teams.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs
