Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team targeting the USA market . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct high-volume cold calling to prospects in the USA region. Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service offerings. Schedule and coordinate product demos or meetings for senior sales teams. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate prospect information and activity logs. Collaborate closely with marketing and field sales teams to drive pipeline growth. Follow up on leads generated through campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work with carriers to ensure shipments are dispatched, loaded, and emptied in a timely manner. Ensure that all logistics work is reflective of the actual times that the work transpired. Understand all customer requirements and put plans in place to meet the service expectations Be familiar with the geographic service area and the industry standard rates that apply to each area. Answer all customer questions, both internal and external, concerning loads, service, or billing information. Sourcing new customers by developing leads and cold calling potential customers. Creating, developing, and retaining business relationships with customers. Increase and Maintain understanding of current market conditions and business trends. Managing and negotiating rates based on the current market demand. Thoroughly understand the intricacies and rapid changes that occur in the freight industry & use this knowledge to better service the existing client base.
