About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, energetic, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Seytuu. If you’re someone who loves starting conversations, thrives on structured outreach, and wants to master the science of B2B prospecting — this role is for you.


You’ll work at the frontlines of our sales engine, using a mix of automation tools and personalized strategies to generate qualified leads across industries. This is a high-impact role with a rare opportunity to learn how B2B growth happens from the inside out.


Day-2-Day:

  • Run multi-touch outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email — using AI tools, templates, and automation platforms
  • Research and qualify leads based on ICPs across different industries and personas
  • Write and send customized messages, follow-ups, and engagement nudges across platforms
  • Handle inbox responses and move qualified leads to discovery calls or hand them off to closers
  • Track outreach performance, iterate on messaging, and identify patterns that convert
  • Maintain lead data hygiene across CRM and campaign tools
  • Work closely with the growth and content teams to align messaging, campaign timing, and ICP relevance


What You Should Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation (internships count!)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools (like Smartlead, Apollo, or Instantly), and CRMs is a bonus
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to craft concise, impactful messages
  • Strong curiosity and comfort experimenting with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Hunger to learn, iterate, and consistently improve outreach strategies
