Digital Marketing Associate

This is a rare chance to learn what most marketers learn in 3 roles — all in one.

Day-2-Day:

• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube — using both manual execution and AI-powered tools
• Drive community engagement by starting conversations, jumping on trends, and building a strong digital presence for our clients
• Support and run

  LinkedIn outreach campaigns

  — including connection messages, follow-ups, inbox handling, and engagement tracking
• Assist with

  email outreach campaigns

  — managing contact lists, setting up campaigns, and using AI to streamline replies and follow-ups
• Research, scrape, and process lead data — with access to scraping tools and

  AI agents that reduce manual workload

• Collaborate with the growth team to align content, campaigns, and outreach with broader marketing goals
• Track campaign performance and extract actionable insights — using dashboards and AI-based analytics support

What You Should Bring

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or outreach (internships count)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline
• Comfort with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
• Fair understanding of outreach tools, email campaign basics, and lead scraping (or a willingness to learn fast)
• Strong written communication and a proactive learning mindset
