  • Craft outreach that gets replies - not ignored.

2. Sell High-Value Digital Solutions


You’ll master how to talk confidently about:

  • SEO that drives measurable growth
  • Social media content that’s powerful, not generic
  • Premium Webflow design
  • Shopify builds engineered to convert
  • CRO that transforms funnels
  • Full-funnel brand + website transformations

You’ll understand client pain points — and position GrowthHawk.io as the solution.




3. Build the Complete Sales System

  • Develop outreach sequences, scripts, and frameworks
  • Create and refine outbound processes
  • Track KPIs with discipline
  • Experiment, improve, and scale the system weekly
  • Grow into building a sales team under you

  • 1–3+ years of BDR/SDR experience in agencies or digital service companies
  • Understanding of SEO, SMM, Webflow, Shopify, and CRO

  • Thrives on momentum, pipeline, and progress
