Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team for Homie by MeraTutor.ai. You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling product demos with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and ensure they are a good fit for our product
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
• Schedule and coordinate product demo meetings between prospects and our sales/product team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to help refine lead generation efforts.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment scheduling software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
