About the Job


We\u2019re hiring a Sales Development Executive to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. If you
like
building connections, exploring new business opportunities, and working with smart SaaS products, this could be the perfect fit for you!
You\u2019ll be promoting a SaaS-based product in the healthcare space, focused on improving hiring outcomes and business efficiency. Your core responsibilities will revolve around lead generation, relationship management, cross-selling, and customer support.

What You\u2019ll Do

  • Prospect into target accounts to identify decision-makers and uncover opportunities
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and identifying the best fit for our product
  • Set up meetings for the sales team using phone, email, and social media outreach
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects
  • Track and report daily activities, progress, and outcomes
  • Be a compelling storyteller, using creativity and curiosity to influence and engage prospects
  • Educate clients on the value of our SaaS solution and its impact on healthcare hiring

What You\u2019ve Done


  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team
  • Quick learner, adaptable to fast-changing environments
  • Proficient in

    SaaS tools

    ,

    CRM systems

    , and digital outreach platforms
  • Bonus: Experience in the

    healthcare

    or

    HR tech

    sector

Work Experience

Qualifications


  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B Sales or SaaS sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with sales platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
  • Comfort with outbound outreach across phone, email, and social media
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
