Enterprise Sales development Representative

Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified enterprise leads through outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Execute demand generation initiatives to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify, research, and prospect target enterprise accounts and key stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and assess fit
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for Enterprise Account Executives
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Track outreach performance and continuously optimize messaging and cadence
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an Enterprise SDR or similar role
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Strong experience with demand generation and lead qualification
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and outbound campaigns
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with sales engagement and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based selling
