What You’ll Do
  • Own the outbound funnel

    — research, identify, and target companies that fit Digia’s ICP.
  • Run multi-channel outreach

    — email, LinkedIn, community engagement, and

    cold calls

    .
  • Start conversations

    with CTOs, Product Heads, and Engineering Leaders to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Qualify prospects

    and schedule meetings for the founder-led sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing

    to refine sequences, ICP definitions, and outreach content.
  • Track and optimize

    — maintain CRM hygiene, analyze response data, and test new messaging angles.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    outbound SaaS or DevTools sales.

  • Comfortable with cold calling

    — you can confidently open conversations and handle objections.
  • Excellent communication — persuasive writing, strong listening, and clarity in speech.
  • Curiosity about how product and engineering teams work — you enjoy learning technical nuances.
  • Persistence and creativity — you iterate fast, personalize deeply, and don’t rely on templates.
  • Self-starter mindset — you thrive in a

    fast-paced, zero-handholding startup.

Bonus Points If You
  • Have experience selling to

    engineering or product teams.

  • Have used

    HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , or similar tools.
  • Have created your own outbound playbooks or experiments.
  • Are comfortable analyzing pipeline data to suggest next actions.
