🎯 Role Overview

🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
  • Make 

    80–100 outbound cold calls per day

     to potential clients
  • Perform 

    LinkedIn outreach

     to Founders, CTOs, IT Managers, and Decision Makers
  • Send 

    personalized emails and follow-ups

  • Identify potential clients for cloud consulting and IT services
Lead Qualification
  • Understand client pain points at a high level
  • Qualify leads based on:
  • Business need
  • Budget readiness
  • Decision-making authority
  • Timeline
  • Schedule 

    qualified discovery meetings

     for the Founder / Sales Lead
CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
  • Track call activity, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes
  • Submit 

    daily and weekly activity reports

📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • 80–100 calls per day
  • 400–500 calls per week
  • 30–40 LinkedIn messages per day
  • 5–8 qualified meetings booked per week
🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
  • 1–2 years of experience in 

    IT services sales / B2B sales / SaaS sales

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Confidence in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Basic understanding of IT or cloud services (training will be provided)
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
Preferred
  • Experience selling 

    Cloud, DevOps, SaaS, or Managed Services

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
