About the Role At Skillops.ai , our SDR team is the front line of our go-to-market strategy. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects who are looking to build agile, skills-first organizations. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth by connecting forward-thinking HR and business leaders to our AI-powered skills intelligence platform. Who We’re Looking For We're seeking an ambitious, curious, and proactive SDR to help drive our enterprise outreach efforts. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to target Fortune 1000 companies and global enterprises, working collaboratively to open doors and build strategic conversations with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new enterprise leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct in-depth account and persona research to tailor messaging and identify business needs. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies for target accounts. Execute outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels to engage high-level stakeholders (CHROs, L&D Heads, COEs). Qualify leads based on business pain points, buyer intent, and strategic fit. Schedule discovery meetings and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives. Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement platforms. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (meetings booked, qualified leads, etc.). Requirements 1–3 years of experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role targeting mid-market to enterprise customers (preferably in B2B SaaS ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Odoo, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo). Strong work ethic and coachability with a willingness to learn and grow. Confidence and professionalism in communicating with VP and C-level executives. Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting KPIs. Nice to Have Experience selling to CXOs into HR, L&D, Delivery or Business functions. Exposure to workforce transformation, skills intelligence, or people analytics platforms. Prior startup or early-stage SaaS experience. Why Join Skillops.ai?
