Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Executive Account Manager to own and grow strategic enterprise accounts in the B2B SaaS space. You’ll be the face of Skillops.ai for key customers—ensuring long-term success, delivering business value, and expanding relationships through consultative selling and value-driven engagement. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise B2B accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CHROs, L&D Heads, Workforce Planners, COEs, Delivery, and Business CXOs). Understand customer pain points and align our AI-powered platform with their strategic skill initiatives. Lead strategic business reviews (QBRs), performance tracking, and roadmap alignment discussions. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and outcomes. Identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) and own the commercial negotiation process. Serve as the customer’s voice internally, influencing product roadmap and customer support priorities. Deliver insights and best practices around skill taxonomies, talent architecture, and workforce planning. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, client success, or enterprise sales. Proven track record of managing large enterprise customers and exceeding renewal/expansion targets. Strong understanding of enterprise HRTech, L&D, workforce planning, or work tech, operations domains. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to link platform capabilities to business outcomes. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. Nice to Have Experience working with AI-driven platforms or HRTech/Workforce Intelligence/Work intelligence tools. Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects who are looking to build agile, skills-first organizations. Your efforts will directly contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth by connecting forward-thinking HR and business leaders to our AI-powered skills intelligence platform. Who We’re Looking For We're seeking an ambitious, curious, and proactive SDR to help drive our enterprise outreach efforts. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to target Fortune 1000 companies and global enterprises, working collaboratively to open doors and build strategic conversations with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new enterprise leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct in-depth account and persona research to tailor messaging and identify business needs. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop outreach strategies for target accounts. Execute outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels to engage high-level stakeholders (CHROs, L&D Heads, COEs). Qualify leads based on business pain points, buyer intent, and strategic fit. Schedule discovery meetings and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives. Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement platforms. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (meetings booked, qualified leads, etc.). Requirements 1–3 years of experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role targeting mid-market to enterprise customers (preferably in B2B SaaS ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Odoo, Zoho) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo). Strong work ethic and coachability with a willingness to learn and grow. Confidence and professionalism in communicating with VP and C-level executives. Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting KPIs. Nice to Have Experience selling to CXOs into HR, L&D, Delivery or Business functions.
