What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across industries using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data
  • Collaborate with the marketing and research team to optimize outreach strategies
  • Research industry trends, buyer personas, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or SDR roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and engage prospects through personalized outreach
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
  • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with data, marketing, or SaaS companies
  • Previous experience in international sales (US/UK markets)
