Job Description

About the Role:

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

at scale

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute

    targeted outbound email campaigns

    across multiple global markets
  • Run

    personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns

    to key decision-makers
  • Manage and optimize

    bulk email tools and campaign automation

  • Consistently schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Account Management team
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead interactions in CRM tools
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, and strategies to improve response and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and prospecting strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR or email marketer with a strong outbound focus
  • Prior success in

    high-volume outreach campaigns

    and

    global B2B lead generation

  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , or similar
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive messaging skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
  • Understanding of global markets and cultural sensitivity in outreach
