Inside Sales Executive – Middle East Market (Cloud & IT Solutions)

Location: India (Remote/Hybrid)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST
Compensation: ₹6 – 10 LPA + Attractive Incentive Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors) within enterprise and government sectors in the Middle East.
• Conduct outbound calls to establish initial engagement and nurture early-stage relationships.
• Qualify and develop high-value sales opportunities by uncovering stakeholder needs, buying cycles, and future IT plans.
• Maintain an advanced database of prospects with detailed insights including legacy systems, motivators, and upcoming initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Middle East-based Account Managers to transition qualified leads with supporting research and profiling data.
• Coordinate with internal Research & Profiling teams to expand and refine the target prospect list.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prepare detailed sales activity reports for management.

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and articulate value propositions.
• Team-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.
• Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday aligned with the Middle East business calendar.
• Demonstrated job stability is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
