What You’ll Do: - Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups using tools like Figma. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing to translate ideas into real interfaces. - Conduct user research and usability tests to improve product UX. - Use and maintain design systems that bring consistency across all touchpoints. - Ensure accessibility and responsive design are always considered. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends — but stick to what’s functional, not just flashy. What You Bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing for web and mobile platforms. Expert in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools. Strong portfolio showing real work — not just pretty dribbble shots, but actual product UI/UX . Understanding of typography, colour theory, design systems, spacing, and UX patterns . Can work in Agile/Scrum environments and adapt fast to feedback. Comfortable working alongside developers and iterating on feedback. You’ll own the full stack — writing, scripting, editing, and posting. What You’ll Do Write content: social captions, blog outlines, video scripts. Edit videos: reels, explainers, interviews, screen recordings. Create and repurpose content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. Publish and schedule content using platforms like Meta Studio and YouTube Studio. Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas, feedback, and trends.
