Our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering is among the top fleet management platforms globally.

We seek a skilled Client Relationship Executive to join our talented team.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our software and services. This dynamic, fast-paced role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Things you'll do as a Client relationship executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer service requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution.
  • Proactive Communication: Regularly call clients to ensure they are effectively using our software and assist them in maximising its benefits.
  • Subscription Renewal Management: Coordinate with clients for timely renewals, ensuring minimal churn and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance activities, keeping clients informed and updated about progress and outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong client relationships, striving to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in our products and services.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.

What you'll need:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience handling customer service requests, client communication, and relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries empathetically and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms or software services is a strong advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive Approach: Obsessed with ensuring client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement in customer experience.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
