React Developer

Job Description:

We seek a skilled React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on React, and a proven track record in building scalable and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate closely with our backend team and UX/UI designers to develop high-quality software that meets the requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance React-based web applications
• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to implement high-fidelity designs into functional web applications
• Integrate RESTful APIs in collaboration with backend developers
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices in web development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• In-depth knowledge of React (v16+ preferred) and understanding of its core principles
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling
• Proficient understanding of version control systems, such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript in a React environment
• Familiarity with React Testing Library and Jest for unit testing
• Knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of WebSockets or real-time data handling
• Experience with Storybook for developing and testing UI components
• Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API querying techniques
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies like Docker

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹22,500.00 per month
