About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern frontend technologies, strong experience building complex web applications using React.js, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, backend developers, and product managers—to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain React.js applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and usability.
• Implement modern UI/UX designs and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
• Implement and maintain state management (Redux / Recoil / Zustand / Context API).
• Ensure application security, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Stay updated with the latest frontend trends, libraries, and technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with design systems (Storybook, Material UI, Chakra UI, Tailwind CSS).
• Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and SSR/SSG.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
