Role Overview We are looking for highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Bangalore. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and initial outreach to potential customers via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn connections, and other outreach methods. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, and eager to learn with a strong ability to communicate and build relationships. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify leads. - Research and identify potential customers in the US and other geographies based on different manufacturing capabilities. - Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads using CRM tools. - Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives. - Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. - Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics such as calls made, emails sent, and meetings scheduled. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine outreach efforts. - Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and provide reports on progress. Required Skills & Qualifications - Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience (preferably from a mechanical engineering or manufacturing background). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques (training will be provided). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use CRM software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work hard to achieve targets. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus. - Familiarity with B2B sales, manufacturing industries, or mechanical engineering concepts. - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other CRM tools is advantageous.
