As a Sales cum Service Engineer at Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve providing on-site technical support and services for the products supplied by the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Installing, commissioning, and maintaining the equipment provided by Nu Tek Instruments. - Performing IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipment and conducting calibration for existing equipment. - Carrying out AMC services within the scheduled period. - Conducting on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs as required. - Providing technical support to clients and training them on product usage and maintenance. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure service efficiency and generating new sales inquiries. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical service or field service engineering. - Willingness to travel on short notice. - Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. - Preferably, experience in client-facing roles. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English, Hindi, and respective regional language. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable handling electrical/electronic tools. - Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
