We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI-certified Electrician to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with electrical systems and a working knowledge of power electronics. Key Responsibilities 1. Assembly & Manufacturing Assemble EV chargers as per technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Mount and connect internal components such as PCBs, relays, contactors, and power modules. Perform cable harnessing, wiring, and secure internal routing. 2. Testing & Quality Control Conduct functional tests using tools such as multi-meter and load simulators. Verify communication protocols and charging operations. Record test results and assist in maintaining quality documentation. 3. Circuit Debugging & Troubleshooting Identify and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools like multi-meter and oscilloscopes. Repair or replace faulty components as per findings. Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues and suggest corrective actions. 4. Installation & Commissioning Install EV chargers at customer sites following electrical safety standards. Connect AC and DC lines, verify grounding, and configure settings. Conduct final site testing and assist in client handover. Required Qualifications Education & Certification ITI Electrician (NCVT/SCVT certified) Mandatory Additional certifications in power electronics or EV technology Preferred Technical Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or field service Solid understanding of AC/DC circuits and power electronics Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and technical manuals Proficient in using electrical tools, multi-meter, and testing equipment Physical & Functional Skills Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Good manual dexterity for accurate and careful assembly work Willingness to travel for onsite installation and service Preferred Experience Experience with EV charging systems, battery-powered equipment, or power conversion systems Basic knowledge of automotive electrical system

The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling electrical systems and possess hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance and operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, commissioning, and setup of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Work on a wide range of electrical systems such as: Substations Motors and Transformers Diesel Generators (DG) Power Distribution Systems HT & LT Panels Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Lightning and Earthing Systems Independently handle troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in electrical systems. Conduct electrical testing and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Support in wiring, grounding, and establishing proper electrical connections in machinery and equipment. Participate in routine and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime. Adhere to electrical safety protocols and industry standards during all operations. Skills Required: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring systems, and safety norms. Hands-on experience with electrical tools, testing equipment, and industrial machinery. Sound knowledge of power equipment and maintenance practices. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication skills and capability to work in a fast-paced project execution environment.
