Trainee Field Engineer (Laboratory Equipments)

We’re looking for Trainee Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support & services. This role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of the products supplied by Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd. while ensuring customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, and maintain the equipment supplied by Nu Tek Instruments.Perform IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipmentsPerform Calibration for the existing EquipmentsPerform AMC services within scheduled periodPerform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.Provide technical support to clients.Train clients on product usage and maintenance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service efficiency.Qualifications:MUST be Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering 1+ years of experience in technical service or field service engineeringWillingness to travel on short noticeStrong technical knowledge, problem solving and communication skillsClient-facing experience preferredExcellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English, Hindi and respective regional languageKnowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and PowerpointShould be comfortable handling electrical / electronic toolsValid Driving License and Two Wheeler Mandatory
