Job Description

As a Sales cum Service Engineer at Nu Tek Instruments Pvt. Ltd., your role involves providing on-site technical support and services for the products supplied by the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Installing, commissioning, and maintaining the equipment supplied by Nu Tek Instruments. - Performing IQ/OQ/PQ of the new equipment. - Conducting calibration for existing equipment. - Carrying out AMC services within the scheduled period. - Performing on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs. - Providing technical support to clients. - Training clients on product usage and maintenance. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure service efficiency. - Generating new sales inquiries. Qualifications required for this position: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical service or field service engineering. - Willingness to travel on short notice. - Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Client-facing experience is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English, Hindi, and respective regional language. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable handling electrical/electronic tools. - Possession of a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is mandatory.,
