Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and sales orders in CRM (Salesforce/MS D365).
• Track inquiries, margins, approvals, and ensure timely order execution.
• Process purchase requests, invoices, and related documentation.
• Be the main contact for customers on order status and updates.
• Manage customer/supplier accounts, payments, and collections.
• Handle warranty certificates, vendor forms, and compliance documentation.
• Confirm stock, pricing, and delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics for smooth dispatch.
• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and ETAs.
• Work with accounts/credit control for payments and petty cash claims.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
• Assist service team with AMC/service orders. • Maintain accurate documentation and communication across departments.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination or support (preferably trading/industrial sector).
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce/MS D365) and MS Office.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of entire sales process/activities
