Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up with prospects, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers Experience in customer service and providing exceptional support Proven track record in lead generation and sales Must have a proactive approach and be results-oriented Previous experience in a telesales or similar role is advantageous Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Show more Show less
