Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Customer Support experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are beneficial
