Role Overview

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely, accurate responses
• Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and related sales documentation
• Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Schedule client meetings, virtual demos, and field visits
• Support the sales team in documentation, reporting, and customer communication
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to assist in identifying new opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date records and generate regular sales performance reports

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy (Pharmacology/Toxicology), or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or client servicing in the life sciences, pharma, or consulting sector
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred), MS Office, and virtual collaboration tools
• Ability to grasp and communicate complex scientific services clearly
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Goregaon East, Mumbai
