Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal departments, and field sales personnel. Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between the sales team, production, logistics, and customers to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain client relationships. Coordinate with the production department to track order status and update clients accordingly. Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer data, and delivery schedules. Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the sales and management team.
