Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal departments, and field sales personnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the sales team, production, logistics, and customers to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the production department to track order status and update clients accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer data, and delivery schedules.
  • Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with the sales and management team.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely documentation and follow-ups.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining sales documentation, agreements, and client correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing customer visits, trade shows, and product presentations.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, delays, or complaints in a professional and prompt manner.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or construction materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
